(AP) The White House says President Bush will bring two former presidents along with him when he heads to Rome tomorrow for the funeral of Pope John Paul.

The president's father and former President Clinton will join Bush and the first lady on Air Force One. Also in the U-S delegation will be Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.

The president is leaving tomorrow morning.

While in Rome, it's expected he'll meet with a small number of the other world leaders attending the funeral. All three presidents got to know the pope during their time in office.

The first President Bush twice visited John Paul at the Vatican.

Clinton saw him four times -- once at the Vatican and three times in the United States.

And the current President Bush met John Paul twice at the Vatican and once at the papal retreat of Castel Gandolfo.
