Meadowlands Xanadu

Meadowlands Xanadu is a five story, four million square foot Entertainment Retail Complex located next to Giants Stadium in New Jersey that has been stalled in the final stages of construction. As a staff extension and consultant to Meadowlands Xanadu management, I coordinated design, value engineering, procurement, and multiple subcontractors for digital media displays, event infrastructure, and specialty finishes, furniture and fixtures with a combined budget of $41 million. At Tim Hunter Design, I managed internal design development work in support of the project including 3D renderings and animations, drawing packages for bidding, and consulting on event infrastructure and digital media delivery system design.
